Amanda + Amber

Amanda Layne Miller

Amanda Layne Miller is a queer writer, filmmaker, & performer with a focus on the surreal. Her love for all things magically comedic began with works of art such as Bratz: Fashion Pixiez and That’s So Raven. Watching the Disney Channel girls flourish made her want to become a multi-hyphenate from a very young age; while “triple threat” used to mean singer-dancer-actress, she’s happy to pivot to writer-director-fangirl. Her biggest fandoms: Disney Channel, Doctor Who, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Twilight, Tim Burton, Our Flag Means Death.

Amanda has been Staff Writer on sci-fi series DREAM HUNTERS in LA and Beijing, Writers’ Assistant on WOKE (Hulu), THE MORNING SHOW (Apple), and HBO shows in development. She is currently developing an animated feature film with a studio. Repped by Tara Beppel at Odenkirk-Provissiero.

Amber Miller

Amber Miller is a content creator and performer whose comedy centers on witty hyper-specificity and cultural references. Growing up, she was always the kid with the extensive pop culture intel: from knowing the choreography, lyrics—even the riffs—of Disney Channel original musicals to honing the research skills of a One Direction stan. Now she pursues projects that would excite her younger self.
Her biggest fandoms: One Direction, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Degrassi, Spider-Man, Jonas Brothers, Cheetah Girls, Adventure Time.

Amber has been an on-carpet correspondent at events like the VMA's, KIDS CHOICE AWARDS, and JOJO SIWA: MY WORLD, been a Special Events Coordinator at Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Coordinator of Talent Relations and Events at Hallmark. She is currently an original cast member for Degrassi The Musical.

Amanda and Amber grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and are now based in Los Angeles.
They wholly credit their sister bond, their love of art, and their passion for creativity to their parents Veronica Cherry & Andre Miller.
